The staff were very helpful and got us into our room fast. The room itself was clean and cozy, and the bed was quite comfortable! It’s in a decent location with a lot of restaurant options nearby. We enjoyed a long, hot shower then checked out a local bar within walking distance. Enjoyed the included Continental breakfast and strong coffee.

Beautiful style. Nicholas and Hannah were so helpful with getting us settled. We arrived so late (12:10 a.m.), but Nicholas assured us that it was completely fine. I truly felt like I had been there before, they greeted us so warmly. We were attending a concert in the area and arrived back the following night well after midnight. Again, a different gentleman was working the front desk, he wore glasses, but I didn't catch a glimpse of his name tag. He welcomed us like it was three in the afternoon. So kind. The rooms were absolutely clean. The gym and pool were outstanding! If you have the chance, walk around the neighbourhood, and take a camera or your phone (at night it's stunning {especially the cathedral})!! Parking is off-site, half a block away.

Room was dirty. No towels. Broken items inside room. Leaky shower. Doesn’t look like the pictures at all. Nobody anwers the phone. Only ones ar checkin and still took ~20 minutes to be helped. Hotel was dirty and gross. Pool was cold. Used Keurig pods left on counter. No garbage cans inside the room.

The room was nice and I loved having a balcony. The breakfast wasn't super great, but the lunch and dinner menus at The Max were great! The property was quiet and you couldn't hear your neighbors. I highly recommend!
